As I grow older, I get more comfortable with who I am- both in my mind and in my skin. I am single because I choose to be and I refuse to settle. My friendships are few and far between because I choose to have quality over quantity. When I was younger things were different. I thought those were things I had to accept. While I've always been outspoken, I often just blew off certain things/behaviors; sexual comments, rude comments, lies, etc. Low self esteem played a part in it. Now, I've gotten to the point where I've started to realize I don't have to accept the few things I've listed above.

Getting older isn't always such a bad thing. If I knew the things then that I knew now, a lot of things in my life would have been different. But I've learned and I grew. So win-win.

Randomly-

I get role playing, I really do. It lets the imagination roam free and creates a whole new world. It's an escape and an adventure. Some break character easily and some don't. There is a time and a place to role play. If people are trying to have an actual conversation, leave your fake life at the door. No one buys you're a vampire, or any of the other tales you've tried to spin in your alter-role-playing persona. It gets old quickly, especially with people who are actually interested in the lifestyle aspect and not the folklore.

I did delete the entry I made yesterday. Not because I don't feel that way, but because it is something I've said many times before. Its become redundant, even to me. It's no secret where I stand on such behavior, even if it does fall upon deaf ears.

It's just.. ugh.

I don't consider myself a feminist even though I do have feminist beliefs, and when I see someone just so gung-ho over a garbage person like that one candidate, it just really bothers me.

Support of a narcissistic, bigoted, racist, misogynistic sexual predator makes me ill. Yet again, I've seen what they've spewed before so it really doesn't surprise me with the level of ignorance.

No one deserves the things he's said and did. I'd take the same stance if it was a female doing it to a male- it's just not cool.

And then people who flip-flop with telling me how horrible a person is and then seeing them running around with said person. It's one thing to not like/like someone because you are ill informed about them. Then change your opinion of them when you discover more. It is another thing to associate with said person while still running around talking shit.

I just don't go for that. It makes me feel as though I have to be worried of someone being shady. I don't handle shady very well.

LOL Poor Dakotah.. you started me on a tangent. :P

I'm not happy with either of them, but he disgusts me way more. Especially since he feels as though he has money he can treat anyone the way he chooses. He's a garbage person that thinks just because he's a man woman are beneath him. Ugh. Just Ugh.

And the other gets Army Rangers and Navy SEALs killed. She also is a proven liar and likes to destroy women whom her husband has affairs with.

I don't blame her for destroying woman he's had an affair with. In her position I'd probably do the same thing. Then get rid of him.

When my ex-wife cheated, I didn't blame the guys she fucked, I blamed HER! THAT'S where the blame belongs!

And, it's not just women "Slick Willie" decided to cheat with. Hillary, has tried to destroy women that Bill FORCED himself on!

Anyway, sorry Moonie. I just hate the actions and statements by BOTH candidates. They both disgust me equally. The sad shame is, there's what, 360 million people in this country and only 2 real choices?
